This tutorial was written using PSP X3 but should work
in other versions with just a few adjustments.

The supplies you will find here.
Open the font and minimize it.
Put the pattern in your PSP patterns folder
Set your foreground to a light color. I used #ffffff
Set your background to a medium color. I used #516c93
Set your foreground to the gradient foreground-background with these settings:
Repeats 0; Invert not checked;
Center Point: Horizontal 100; Vertical 50;
Focal Point: Horizontal 100; Vertical 50;
Link center and focal points not checked
Open a new transparent canvas, 640 x 480 pixels
Flood fill it with the gradient.
Effects > Texture Effects > Sculpture with these settings:
Pattern Diamantklappe; Size 100
Image: Smoothness 0; Depth 20; Ambience 0; Shininess 0
Light: Color white; Angle 315; Intensity 50; Elevation: 30
Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with these settings:
Blur type: Twirl
Blur: Strength 65; Twirl degrees 40; Elliptical checked
Center: Horizental offset 0; Vertical offset 0; Profect cente 50
Effects > Edge effects > Enhance
Effects > Artistic Effects > Colored Edges with these settings:
Luminance 31; Blur 7
Color: your background color; Intensity: 13
Effects > Distortion Effects > Displacement Map with these settings:
Displacement map: Zoom
Stretch map to fit image checked
Blur: 56
Displacement properties: 3D surfaxe checked; Intensity 85,00; Rotation 210
Edge mode: Wrap
Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
Default settings
Layers > New Raster Layer
Selections > Select all
Open stones.pspimage
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste Into Selection
Keep selected
Layers > New Raster Layer
Flood fill this layer with your background color
Selections > Modify > Contract - 1 Pixel
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Selections > Modify > Contract - 2 Pixel
Flood fill the selection with your background color
Selections > Modify > Contract - 1 Pixel
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Selections - Select none
Layers > Duplicate
Activate the orignal layer of the border (Raster 3)
Effects > Distortion Effects > Warp with these settings:
Center Offset: Horizontal -44; Vertical 92
Settings: Size 87; Strength -99
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:
Offset: Vertikal 1; Horizontal 1
Attributes: Opacity 75; Blur 1,00; Color: your background color
Lower the opacity to 30
Activate your top layer
Open the tube vp-Amanda1-looking up
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste As New Layer
Effects > Image Effects > Offset with these settings:
Offset: Horizontal offset -140; Vertical offset -73
Edge mode: Transparent
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:
Offset: Vertical 0; Horizontal 18
Attributes: Opacity 20; Blur 20: Color: your background color
Change the blend mode to Overlay
Selections > Select all
Selections > Float
Selections > Defloat
Activate layer Raster 3
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Activate layer copy from Raster 3
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Activate your top layer
Open the tube vp-Amanda2-looking up
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste As New Layer
Effects > Image Effects > Offset with these settings:
Offset: Horizontal offset 188; Vertical offset -16
Edge mode: Transparent
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:
Offset: Vertikal 1; Horizontal 1
Attributes: Opacity 75; Blur 1,00; Color: your background color
Close your foreground
Activate your text tool with theese settings:
Write your text in the upper left area - see example for placement
Layers > Convert to Raster Layer
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow - same settings as before
Layers > Duplicate
Effects > Image Effects > Offset with these settings:
Offset: Horizontal offset 14; Vertical offset 20
Edge mode: Transparent
Lower the opacity to 30
Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flattern)
