This tutorial was written using PSP X3 but should work
in other versions with just a few adjustments.
Supplies:

Tube Woman - the tube is from DicVic Barnes

The supplies you will find here
Put the paint brush (both files) into your PSP brushes folder.
Put the masks into your PSP masks folder
Set your foreground to an effectial light color. I used #d29417
Set your backgound to a dark color. I used #510909
Open a new transparent canvas, 640 x 480 pixels
Flood fill it with your background color.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Change your foreground to the gradient foreground - background with these settings:
Repeats 5; Invert checked;
Center Point: Horizontal 0; Vertical 100;
Focal Point: Horizontal 50; Vertical 24;
Link center and focal points not checked
Flood fill this layer with the gradient
Select your magic wand, use these settings:
Click in the dark single-color area and
hit the delete key on your keyboard
Selections - Selections none
Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with these settings:
Blur type: Twirl
Blur: Strength 65; Twirl degrees 50; Elliptical checked
Center: Horizental offset 75; Vertical offset 75; Profect cente 0
Effects > Geometric Effects > Perspective-Horizontal with these settings:
Distortion: 45
Edge mode: Wrap
Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
Default settings
Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance
Effects > Distortion Effects > Displacement Map with these settings:
Displacement map: Wet fall leaves
Stretch map to fit image checked
Blur: 56
Displacement properties: 3D surfaxe checked; Intensity 91,08; Rotation 207
Edge mode: Wrap
Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
Layers > New Raster Layer
Change your foreground back to your foreground color and
flood fill this layer with your foreground color
Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
Find the mask gina64 with these settings:
Create mask from: Source luminance checked
Orientation: Fit to layer checked
Options: Invert transparency
Hide all mask checked
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Name this layer mask
Effects > Texture Effects > Weave with these settings:
Gap size: 2
Width: 2
Opacity: 30
Weave color: your background color
Fill gaps not checked
Lower the opacity to 50%
Selection Tool >Custom Selection with these settings:
Top: 0; Left: 280; Right: 640; Bottom: 480;
Layers > New Raster Layer
Open the image Temecula
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste Into Selection
Selections > Select none
Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
Find the mask gina53 with these settings:
Create mask from: Source luminance checked
Orientation: Fit to layer checked
Options: Invert transparency not checked
Hide all mask checked
Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Lower the opacity to 70%
Change your foreground back to the gradient
Layers > New Raster Layer
Selection Tool >Custom Selection with these settings:
Top: 0; Left: 20; Right: 40; Bottom: 480;
Flood fill the selection with the gradient
Selections > Selection none
Effects > Distortion Effects > Spiky Halo with these settings:
Center offset: Horizontal -55; Vertical -61;
Ray settings: Amplitude 49; Frequency 88; Radius 13;
Edge mode: Repeat
Effects > Distortion Effects > Wind with these settings:
Wind direction: From left; Wind strength: 100
Layers > Duplicate
Image > Flip
Layers > Merge > Merge down
Layers > New Raster Layer
Selections > Select all
Flood fill this layer with your background color
Selections > Modify > Contract - 1 Pixel
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Selections > Modify > Contract - 2 Pixel
Flood fill the selection with your background color
Selections > Modify > Contract - 1 Pixel
Hit the delete key on your keyboard
Selections - Selections none
Effects > Distortion Effects > Warp with these settings:
Image > Mirror
Image > Flip
Layers > New Raser Layer
Open the tube woman
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste As New Layer
Effects > Image Effects > Offset with these settings:
Horiontal offset: -110; Vertical offset: -55
Edge mode: Transparent
Selections > Select all
Selections > Float
Selections > Defloat
Activate the layer mask and
hit the delete key on your keyboard
Activate your top layer
Layers > New Rasterlayer
Select your paint brush tool and the paint brush gina12 with these settings:
Click twice with your background color in the lower right area (see example for placement)
Image > Add Border > 5 Pixel, symmetric - your background color
Save as .jpg
You are done! Please add your watermark!
