This Tutorial was written using PSP X2

Supplies:
Tube blue_rose
Gradient gina1
Font Summertime

You can download the supplies here

Put the gradient in your Gradients folder
Open the tube and minimize it for now.
Open the font and minimize it.

Foreground color #ffffff
Background color #373485

Open a new transparent canvas 500 x 375 pixel
Change your foreground to gradient gina1 and use these settings:

Repeats 5
Style Sunburst
Center Point Horizontal 1, Vertical 91
Focal Point Horizontal 50, Vertikal 100
Link center and focal points unchecked

Flood fill your canvas with the gradient
Layers > Duplicate
Image > Mirror
Lower the opacity to 50%.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible
Effects > Artistic Effects > Hot Wax Coating

Layers > New Raster Layer
Change your gradient to gradient Fading white with these settings:

Angle 0
Repeats 0
Style Linear
Invert checked

Lower the opacity to 60%

Layers > New Raster Layer
Maximize the tube blue_rose
Edit > Copy and close
Edit > Paste As New Layer

Effects > Distortion Effects > Wind with these settings:

Wind direction > From left
Wind strength 50

Effects > Distortion Effects > Twirl at these settings:

Degrees -360

Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic - Glass with these settings:

Grid settings: Number of columns 32, Number of rows 32, Symmetric checked
Mosaic settings: Glass curvature 91, Edge curvature 96, Grout width 2, Grout diffusion 78

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:

Offset: Vertical and Horizontal 1
Attributes: Opacity 50, Blur 2,00, Color black

Layers > New Raster Layer
Choose your Selection tool and than Custom selection

Top 300, Left 0, Right 500, Bottm 350

Flood fill your selection with the background color
Custom selection - change Top 300 to 275
Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Glass with these settings:

Grid settings: Number of cloumns 37, Number of rows 37, Symmetric checked
Mosaic settings: Glass curvature 71, Edge curvature 70, Grout width 0, Grout diffusion 58

Selection > Selection none
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:

Offset: Vertical 8, Horizontal 0
Attributes: Opacity 50, Blur 15,00, Color black

Layers > New Raster Layer
Selection > Select all
Flood fill your layer with the background color
Selections > Modify > Contract 2 pixels
Hit the Delete button on you keyboard
Selections > Modify > Contract 2 pixels

Layers > New Raster Layer
Flood fill your layer with the background color
Selections > Modify > Contract 2 pixels
Hit the Delete button on you keyboard
Selections > Select none
Effects > Distortion Effects > Warp with these settings:

Center offset: Horizontal -90, Vertical 48
Settings: Size 43, Strength -70

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:

Offset: Vertikal and Horizontal 1
Attributes: Opacity 50, Blur 2,00, Color black

Layers > Duplicate
Image > Mirror
Image > Flip
Layers > Merge > Merge down

Edit > Paste as a New Layer (your rose would have to be still in your clipboard)
Effects > Image Effects > Offset with these settings:

Offset: Horizontal Offset -60, Vertical Offset 40
Edge mode: Transparent

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:

Offset: Vertikal and Horizontal 0
Attributes: Opacity 50, Blur 15,00, Color black

Select your text tool and take these settings:

Font: Summertime, Size 48 Pixels, Font style: Bold, Anti-alias: Sharp, Stroke width 1,0, Create as: Vector

Write your text in capital letters and slide it down to the right side (see preview)
Layers > Convert to Raster Layer
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings:

Offset: Vertikal and Horizontal 1
Attributes: Opacity 50, Blur 2,00, Color black
